Redfish Bulk Delete for ChatGPT (the "Extension") is a browser extension developed by Redfish AI LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Extension accesses and what we do with it. Short version: we don't collect anything.
What the Extension accesses
The Extension runs on pages under chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com. While active, it reads the list of conversations in your sidebar and, when you trigger a bulk delete, makes delete API calls to ChatGPT's own servers — the same calls the ChatGPT web app makes when you click "Delete" on a chat.
What we collect
Nothing. The Extension has no backend server. No personal information, no conversation content, no usage analytics, and no account data is sent to Redfish AI LLC or any third party. All operations happen locally in your browser and communicate only with ChatGPT's servers on your behalf.
Permissions explained
- Host permissions (chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com): required to inject the checkbox UI and call the delete API on those pages.
- Storage: reserved for future user preferences (e.g. UI settings). Currently unused. Any data stored is kept locally in your browser via chrome.storage.
Third parties
The Extension does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. It communicates only with OpenAI's ChatGPT servers (required to perform the deletions) and nothing else.
Data sold to third parties
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer any user data. There is no data for us to sell — we don't collect any.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, push an Extension update with notice in the release notes.
